Location: Bloomsbury Community Center, Lower Level Gym
(park on the north side of Bloomsbury Community Center)
Participant Costs: $5.00 per workout
(liability release must be completed prior to participation)
*Bring a mat and a pair of hand weights
All fitness levels, shapes, and sizes are welcome to drop-in.

Just show up for a fun, challenging 50 minute workout! Instructors Kristin McTague and Allie Mohler will move you through a series of energizing exercises that will strengthen and streamline your body. Coming to the boot camp workout will help you build stamina while increasing core strength and lose weight too!
